Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Quantum Quote ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Application.

License

Quantum Encoding LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Application for your personal or business invoicing needs. This license does not include the right to:

• Modify, reverse engineer, or decompile the Application
• Redistribute or sublicense the Application
• Use the Application for any unlawful purpose

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your device and data
• Creating regular backups of your business data
• Ensuring your use complies with applicable laws and regulations
• The accuracy of information entered into the Application

Tax and Legal Compliance

While Quantum Quote provides tools to assist with tax calculations and compliance (including MTD features), the Application does not constitute tax advice. You are solely responsible for ensuring your tax filings are accurate and compliant with HMRC and other relevant authorities. We recommend consulting with a qualified accountant or tax professional.

Cryptocurrency Payments

The Application allows you to include Bitcoin payment options on invoices. Quantum Encoding LTD does not process, hold, or have access to any cryptocurrency transactions. All crypto transactions occur directly between you and your clients. You are responsible for reporting cryptocurrency income in accordance with applicable tax laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. QUANTUM ENCODING LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, QUANTUM ENCODING LTD SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APPLICATION.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the Application or our website.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
